End of the road for the Bicycle Bandit
The notorious Bicycle Bandit, who robbed a series of banks in Georgia and South Carolina from March through December 2007, has reportedly been arrested by Roswell police. He has been identified as Carlos H. Arango-Mejia, 47, and currently stands accused of two counts of bank robbery. More charges are expected to be filed against the suspect who apparently used costumes and bicycles to rob various banks from March through Dec. 26. More
