Japan's Fumiyuki Beppu (Skil-Shimano), 26, who won the Tour de France's combative jersey on the 21st and final stage on Paris' Champs Elysees, apparently hopes to inspire other cyclists from the land of the rising sun. More

Now that Greg LeMond's road bikes are not part of the Trek family anymore, good old Gary Fisher has dived in to fill the void with a line of road bikes for 2010. At the apex is the Cronus Ultimate, a 6.67kg racer that boasts a 900g carbon frame and shares the same BB90 bottom bracket shell as the Trek Madone. It's decked out with SRAM Red and high-end Bontrager components, including Bontrager Race X Lite FCC wheels, and is expected to retail for around $5,000 when it hits the stores in August.
