Incredible as it may seem, one brave dude has actually shown it can be done, even if his journey turned out to be endlessly rocky and risky. The story of Jason Lewis's Expedition 360, which comes by way of treehugger, is not only inspiring in the way it underscores his reliance on only a pedal-powered boat, bicycle and rollerblades for much of the trip, but is also fascinating for the insight it offers into the human capacity for adapting to adverse situations.
