The man wo killed mountain bike pioneer John Finley Scott has reportedly been found guilty of first-degree murder and grand theft. Tree trimmer and convicted felon Charles Kevin Cunningham has been sentenced to 31 years, four months to life. Scott, a retired sociology professor and bicycle advocate who was among the first cyclists in the U.S. to bomb down mountains on a self-modded fat-tyre rig, went missing in Woodland, California on June 1, 2006.
